What you will do

• Lead conceptual development on briefs from strategy to final execution
• Generate original creative ideas aligning with client goals and company vision
• Collaborate with Creative Director and Head of Creative on campaign narratives
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients, handling feedback
• Contribute to new business pitches and proactive campaign ideas

Requirements

• Proven senior-level design experience in agency, studio, or in-house (OOH, advertising, integrated campaigns)
• Strong conceptual skills for generating original ideas
• Outstanding craft in digital, print, motion, 3D with strong portfolio
• Art direction experience to lead visual direction
• Excellent presentation skills for clients and stakeholders
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion tools (After Effects, Premiere)
