What you will do

• Design and deliver creative assets from brief to final execution for national campaigns.
• Act as brand guardian for hirify.global Win, Cash Call, and other Enterprise activities to ensure consistency.
• Create high-quality assets across CRM, social, digital display, web, and outdoor platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and product teams to manage timelines and objectives.
• Optimize creative formats for various platforms to maximize audience response.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a design role with a professional portfolio showing commercially effective creative.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Meticulous attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency across all assets.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills for stakeholder management and responding to feedback.
• Understanding of performance-driven design for digital and social channels.

Nice to have

• Experience with video editing and motion content.
• Knowledge of HTML design.
