What you will do
- Develop expert knowledge of businesses in your assigned marketplace and source new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying needs and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
- Achieve weekly KPIs for meetings and pre-booking, accurately forecast sales, and meet revenue pacing targets.
- Collaborate with Partnerships, Campaign Hub, and Creative Solutions teams to deliver compelling and innovative marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a track record of success in delivering sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in selling to small and medium businesses.
- Possess a positive, confident, and resilient approach with the desire to self-source new business leads.
- High degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Good understanding of the sales pattern from opening to close.
- Proficiency in Salesforce to record activity at all stages of the sales process.
Nice to have
- Previous sales experience working within a radio, outdoor, or digital environment.
