TL;DR

Motion Capture Specialist: Overseeing and post-processing motion capture data for animation quality across multiple projects with an accent on mocap session preparation and data manipulation. Focus on enhancing existing tools and stage setups, improving the mocap pipeline, and exploring new technologies.

Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation to Poland is required.

Salary: 11,300–18,370 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Oversee all parts of a mocap shoot.
• Post-process mocap data including retargeting, solving, and tracking.
• Organize mocap shoots in collaboration with internal clients.
• Maintain mocap studio hardware.
• Participate in designing and assembling mocap setups for offsite shoots.
• Help improve the mocap pipeline by exploring new technologies and solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in motion capture in a production environment (games, films, commercials).
• Experience with one or more motion capture software tools: Shogun, Blade, Motive, Cortex, or Giant (Shogun/Blade preferred).
• Working knowledge of Autodesk MotionBuilder.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, HSL, JavaScript).
• Reliable and consistent contributor in dynamic production cycles.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for team collaboration.
