What you will do

• Optimize animation assets and resolve technical blockers within the game production pipeline.
• Perform cleanup of assets for game handover to ensure performance efficiency.
• Collaborate with QA and developers to address technical requests and maintain project documentation.
• Maintain consistency across animations while adhering to technical limitations.
• Manage and maintain JSON setups for game assets.
• Communicate effectively with Leads to ensure alignment on asset quality and design intent.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spine 2D and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of modern game engine optimization and basic scripting.
• Experience with asset preparation and integration into game engines.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to triage and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
• Ability to improve efficiency while preserving original game design intent.

Nice to have

• Any professional certification in animation.
• Proven experience in technical animation roles within the gaming industry.
