Location: In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: Estimated pay range for this position: 29 900 – 41 030 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to a small team of concept artists.
• Define and maintain artistic consistency and direction for the game in collaboration with the Art Director.
• Create character, environment, and hard surface designs with strong worldbuilding and storytelling.
• Proactively problem-solve, improve workflows, and ensure team efficiency.
• Participate in creative discussions, brainstorms, and reviews across teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a creative environment, having mentored others and shaped project direction.
• At least 8 years of experience as a concept artist, working on at least one AAA title.
• In-depth knowledge of the Cyberpunk genre and RPGs.
• Exceptional artistic skills, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in realistic and sci-fi concept art, mood paintings, and 3D designs.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills in English.
