Middle 3D Environment Artist (Gamedev): Creating photorealistic 3D assets for game maps from initial sketches to full engine integration with an accent on optimization, real-time performance, and AAA standards. Focus on PBR pipeline, ZBrush hard surface sculpting, advanced realistic texturing with wear and decals, and bug-free baking.

What you will do
- Create photorealistic assets meeting AAA project standards
- Prepare and implement assets for game engines in real-time
- Configure materials, tiles, and decals
- Work with high-poly photogrammetric objects
- Optimize performance and fix bugs
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as 3D artist in game development
- Knowledge of PBR pipeline, optimized low/high-poly creation, ZBrush for hard surface
- Optimized UV mapping with overlaps/trims, bug-free map baking
- Advanced realistic texturing creating object history via wear/tear and decals
- Work with trim sheets and tile textures
- English at basic level
- Team collaboration, problem-solving, attention to detail
Nice to have
- AAA games experience
- Unreal Engine or Unity
- Strong portfolio
- Advanced ZBrush
- Basic level art and lighting
- Art education
