What you will do

• Coordinate with internal artists to complete creative projects and sprints.
• Develop and lead art direction for mini-games ensuring cohesive player experiences.
• Engage in development, maintenance, and refinement of game art.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget using tools like Jira.
• Collaborate with Art Director, Product Directors to align vision with business goals.
• Guide IC artists' growth, establish processes, and track performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years managing artists in mobile game publishing, especially social casino.
• Experience directing creative units in mobile games.
• Bachelor's in illustration, graphic design or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong visual style recognition and attention to detail.
• Passion for mobile gaming, innovation, and team collaboration.
