What you will do

• Support the identification of high-potential accounts and assist in expanding merchants’ use of hirify.global’s products and services.
• Support the team in selling and driving adoption of hirify.global’s products and services across the merchant portfolio.
• Support the development of strong merchant relationships by assisting with communications and follow-ups.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance merchant experience and outcomes.
• Assist in monitoring account performance using data and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the identification and follow-up of merchant challenges, coordinating with internal teams to help ensure timely and effective resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in account management, partnerships, or fintech.
• Comfortable working with data and deriving basic insights (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Exposure to e-commerce or fintech metrics is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
