What you will do

• Own end-to-end discovery and design delivery for marketplace features within your product pod.
• Revisit and elevate key customer journeys across core experiences, growth loops, checkout, payments, and risk.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and engineers to turn insights into shipped features.
• Design, run, and iterate on experiments to validate hypotheses and drive measurable impact.
• Translate user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and business constraints into intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
• Use AI/LLM tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing complex digital products (marketplace experience is a strong plus).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex flows (e.g., payments, risk, multi-sided interactions).
• Proven experience running experiments and designing for measurable outcomes.
• High ownership mindset – you proactively identify opportunities and drive them forward.
• Comfort working autonomously in cross-functional pods.
• Strong product judgment and commercial awareness.
• Fluency in modern design tools and curiosity about AI-assisted workflows.
