Product Designer (Medtech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Medtech): Designing integrated insurance and healthcare delivery experiences with an accent on prevention, user-centric health journeys, and seamless UI. Focus on building a vertically integrated health partner and scaling the hirify.global Clinic and hirify.global Spain.

Location: Must be based in (or within commuting distance of) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona; onsite twice per week.

What you will do

• Develop product vision and take product bets from zero to one.
• Collaborate with PMs, researchers, and engineers to deliver human-centric experiences.
• Build deep member understanding to transform insights into actionable opportunities.
• Mentor junior designers to increase collective team performance.
• Contribute to the design system and ensure brand consistency across the UI.
• Evaluate product quality through continuous monitoring and testing.

Requirements

• Based in or near Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.
• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping quality products.
• Proven experience in design mentorship and coaching junior designers.
• Full-stack design expertise across UX research, UI design, and visual design.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools.
