What you will do

• Review, structure, and approve complex SaaS deals (pricing, discounting, contract terms).
• Partner with Sales to optimize deal strategy and improve win rates.
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, revenue recognition, and approval workflows.
• Build and manage quote-to-cash processes using CPQ and CRM.
• Track deal metrics including discount trends, cycle time, ACV, and margin impact.
• Support contract negotiations alongside Legal and Finance.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, HSR Layout
• Shift Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM IST
• 6–10 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Finance in a SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models (subscription, usage-based, enterprise contracts).
• Experience working with Sales leadership and enterprise deals.
• Familiarity with CRM/CPQ tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong financial acumen and comfort reviewing contract terms.
