What you will do
- Manage pre-sales activities and technical resources within a specific region.
- Serve as a business partner to sales management, ensuring technical resource alignment with product revenue goals.
- Qualify sales opportunities based on technical requirements and competition.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and gather user requirements for SMB and mid-market customers.
- Build and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and articulate the value of hirify.global solutions.
- Ensure compliance of pre-sales documentation.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Solution Engineering or a technical role.
- Significant experience in technology sales with demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Demonstrated operations and organizational skills in multi-office, cross-functional organizations.
- Extensive expertise supporting mid-market customers and creating service/support strategies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
