What you will do
- Grow hirify.global’s key relationships by mining existing connections and executing sales plans.
- Understand customer businesses to identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and execute account strategies and roadmaps for long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with market decision-makers.
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with technical sales support and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 14+ years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry.
- Previous experience selling AI/SaaS applications to large enterprise customers.
- Experience in account planning, territory planning, and multi-product selling strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in application selling background like ERP/CRM.
