TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam and able to work from the central office

What you will do

  • Conduct proactive cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities in Italy.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Support the Business Development Lead in creating and executing localized outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align prospecting efforts with go-to-market priorities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at university in a business, economics, or related field.
  • Must be able to work in the central Amsterdam office for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
  • Italian: C1+ proficiency required for business communication with native speakers.
  • English: C1+ proficiency required.
  • Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS and payments.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Interest in fintech, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
