What you will do
- Lead a team of senior-level Partner Development Directors to drive investment and growth across the GSI partner portfolio.
- Coach the team on strategic "executive intercepts," ensuring high-level CEO-to-CEO interest is translated into actionable, measurable GTM plans.
- Define a long-term vision for how GSI partners will evolve within the ecosystem, aligning internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Direct the team in helping GSIs build reusable AI skills and repeatable patterns, leading with their own, robust Industry expertise.
- Direct the overarching GSI Go-To-Market for hirify.global, ensuring team-wide alignment on global and regional activations.
- Leverage AI tools and data visualization to provide real-time partner health assessments and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, business development in technology.
- Strong people management and leadership experience.
- 10+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
- Track record of success and established relationships with hirify.global’s System Integrators.
- Tech & Tool Savvy: High proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred.
- Travel Required: Estimated at 25-50% (variable).
