Product Engineer II (DDR IP)

What you will do

• Support pre-silicon integration, usage, and implementation of memory subsystem products.
• Assist customers with RTL and gate-level simulations to verify functionality.
• Analyze and resolve complex subsystem application or implementation issues.
• Support memory PHY and controller SOC integration and timing closure reviews.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and System Validation teams to maintain high-quality customer deliverables.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics tools to extract insights and improve decision-making.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of relevant industry experience or M.S. degree.
• Hands-on experience with DDR5/4/3, LPDDR5/4/3, HBM3, or GDDR6 IPs.
• Proficiency in Verilog RTL design and gate-level verification.
• Experience with synthesis and static timing analysis.
• Familiarity with industry-standard DFT flows, test methodologies, and package/board design.
• Ability to read schematics and participate in SI/PI reviews.

Nice to have

• Experience with Memory PHY and DSP-based architecture.
• Experience with embedded microcontroller firmware.
• Physical implementation and verification experience.
