What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage new enterprise prospects through strategic market mapping.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating business value over product features.
• Use a diagnostic approach to uncover client challenges and propose tailored ICT solutions.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to post-implementation.
• Partner with internal technical architects and external channel partners for feasible and exceptional delivery.
• Maintain rigorous focus on sales hygiene, accurate forecasting, CRM management, and achieving growth targets.

Requirements

• Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates with exceptional communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years in B2B sales.
• Mindset: A Hunter who enjoys the chase and is not deterred by enterprise complexity.
• Aptitude: High ICT literacy to rapidly learn, internalize, and explain complex technology solutions.
• Soft Skills: High social intelligence to read a room, navigate office politics, and build trust quickly.
• Education: A Degree in Business, IT, Law, or Finance is preferred.
