What you will do

  • Serve as liaison between Product Marketing, Business Units, Sales, and Growth Marketing to gather requirements and define campaign objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaign roadmaps for product launches, feature releases, and demand generation programs.
  • Own end-to-end project management, building timelines, managing tasks, and mitigating risks.
  • Define KPIs, conduct post-campaign analysis, and synthesize data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, track spend, and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in commodity trading, with a proven track record in integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple simultaneous campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Solid understanding of demand generation tactics, including digital advertising, email marketing, ABM, and event marketing.
  • Initiative-driven, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor management.
