What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data validation for client onboarding and data conversion projects.
• Facilitate regular client meetings and working sessions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve performance discrepancies in portfolio data, providing clear recommendations.
• Review and document differences in calculation methodologies between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, keeping all parties aligned and informed.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
• Identify and help drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation.

Requirements

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a financial services or fintech environment.
• Sound understanding of financial instruments and portfolio data.
• Proactive team player with a strong work ethic and positive approach.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

• Experience with Python (or a desire to learn).
