What you will do
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for critical and high-impact technical roles globally.
- Build and maintain long-term talent communities and passive candidate networks.
- Develop and optimize candidate engagement and conversion strategies.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to inform hiring strategy.
- Analyze sourcing metrics, surface insights, and provide recommendations.
- Mentor Intermediate Sourcers and Recruiters on best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with success in complex or high-volume environments.
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and talent mapping.
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategy.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing for senior leadership or highly specialized technical roles.
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or scale-up environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in DEI sourcing initiatives.
- Experience with Gem and Workday.
