Salary: $72,000–$82,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and manage the implementation of software solutions tailored to Parks and Recreation customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive software implementation plans.
• Consult with customers to identify inefficient processes and recommend effective solutions.
• Configure software applications to align with customer business processes.
• Deliver training sessions to users and administrators, both remotely and in-person.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the Local Public Sector, specifically, Parks and Recreation.
• Advanced communication (oral and written) skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Willingness to travel within the US and Canada up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with Parks and Recreation Software applications.
• Experience in SaaS software implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce.
