TL;DR

Senior Client Success Manager (AI, Salesforce, MuleSoft): Owning client relationships and ensuring project health across a portfolio of engagements, with an accent on proactive communication, risk mitigation, and scope control. Focus on coordinating small engineering teams with AI-powered delivery tools and optimizing client satisfaction and project delivery metrics.

Location: Remote (US). Preference for Central or Eastern time zones.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary client contact, building trust and ensuring proactive communication from kickoff to closeout.
  • Manage 8–12 concurrent engagements (3–8 week timelines), coordinating engineering teams and AI-powered delivery tools.
  • Run tight meetings with clear outcomes, agendas, and results, protecting engineer and client time.
  • Enforce scope discipline, managing out-of-scope requests via change orders to maintain project profitability.
  • Handle essential operational details such as accurate invoicing, timely collections follow-up, and clear project health reporting.
  • Work fluently with AI tools, leveraging them as an integrated part of the daily delivery process.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a client-facing project management or customer success role within software services or consulting.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or MuleSoft, understanding what is being built and speaking the language credibly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing responsiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, characterized by clarity, conciseness, confidence, and warmth.
  • A genuine bias for action, responding quickly, making decisions, and keeping things moving proactively.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience directly with Salesforce and/or MuleSoft tools.
  • Experience with Agile or sprint-based delivery methodologies in a services context.
  • Background in SOW-driven engagements, including managing scope, change requests, and project-based billing.
