What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans and construct Work Breakdown Structures for assigned work.
• Report status of plans, and track change controls, risks, and issues.
• Maintain and monitor the execution of project plans and assigned action plans.
• Manage weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting, including preparations, scheduling, and documentation.
• Support the project team in service delivery and assist in identifying technical roadblocks.
• Align IT Operations goals with defined business outcomes and translate technical proposals into project deliverables.

Requirements

• Proficient analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient written and oral English communication.
• Strong time management skills, including work planning, prioritization, and organization.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio/other diagramming tools.
• Proficient knowledge and experience with Resource Allocation/Workflow Tools such as Clarity, SAP, PPM, Remedy, Jira, or Salesforce.
• Proficient knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, IT Operations, Change Management, Systems Engineering, and Public/Private Cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Project experience with a singular focus, 500–3,000 hours, and average team size of 3–10 people.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
