What you will do

• Support the creation and distribution of digital content such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, and website updates.
• Assist in managing editorial calendars and publication schedules.
• Contribute to competitor research and audience analysis.
• Support social media management and basic paid campaign setup (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads).
• Assist in CRM management (HubSpot or similar) and help structure prospect lists and outreach materials.
• Support follow-ups, documentation, and internal sales coordination.

Requirements

• Has already had at least one prior work or internship experience.
• Is genuinely interested in digital marketing and business development.
• Works in a structured and organised way and can execute tasks with limited supervision.
• Has strong attention to detail and is comfortable with responsibility and deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and professionally.
• Fluent in English, German, and Italian required.
