Senior Recruiter

Salary: $85,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies and build talent pools for current and future engagements.
• Conduct timely and professional client interactions, including role briefings and expectation setting.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.
• Follow agreed client recruitment processes for delivery.
• Utilize competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies (market mapping, recruitment strategies, Boolean searches).
• High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device recruitment experience.
