Associate Recruiter

TL;DR

Associate Recruiter (HR/Recruiting): Ensuring a strong candidate pipeline strategy for hirify.global's RPO/Project clients through indirect and direct sourcing, sourcing channel optimization, and proactive talent pool development with an accent on aligning sourcing activities to workforce plans and designing effective sourcing strategies. Focus on measuring and monitoring strategic sourcing effectiveness, building strong relationships with passive candidates, and conducting competitive intelligence research.

Location: Remote in the United States, preferably working Pacific or Mountain time zone hours.

What you will do

• Align sourcing activities with Business Partners and understand recruitment needs.
• Define, design, and implement sourcing strategies for specific candidate profiles and optimize diverse sourcing channels.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing frameworks.
• Assist clients in defining employee value propositions and incorporate them into sourcing strategies.
• Develop and utilize effective candidate relationship management strategies.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, research competing companies, and create talent maps.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Must have 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• Must have 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• Must have 1+ years of client-facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• Must have 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• Ability to work Pacific or Mountain time zone hours.
