What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support to clients and the team.
• Lead identification, qualification, and communication with candidates for executive search projects.
• Manage various stages of the search process, ensuring high-quality execution.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information.
• Identify and support the conversion of business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) and the ability to make presentations at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Must be self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, accomplished, and possess good judgment and superior interpersonal skills.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to one or more industries.
• An MBA or other advanced degree.
• Experience using KF Assessment products.
