What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable packaged integrations for enterprise HCM platforms.
• Define and drive integration architecture standards, including JSON-based APIs and end-to-end observability.
• Design, develop, deploy, and monitor robust packaged integration solutions.
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews, mentoring developers across the team.
• Drive innovation and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML-based automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in integration frameworks, JSON-based APIs, and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Proven technical leadership experience delivering integrations on at least one major HCM platform.
• Hands-on experience building Workday and/or SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience developing on the Workday Extend platform, including Orchestrate and EIB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• English: B2 required.

• Workday certifications (Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate).
• Knowledge of Workday technical frameworks.
• SAP Certified Integration Developer.
• Experience using AI-powered developer productivity tools.
