Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Manchester, 2 days remote

What you will do

• Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to a team managing ISAGIA transfers.
• Manage and achieve key KPIs, ensuring quality excellence and risk management for the team and department.
• Deputise for the Operations Manager on an ad hoc basis and support Transfer-related projects.
• Maximise team efficiency through effective resource and skills management, building a multi-skilled function.
• Lead and drive short, medium, and long-term strategic plans through identifying change and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experienced people manager with ability to manage, develop, and coach high-performing teams in a regulated, fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience and knowledge of working in an FCA regulated entity.
• Proven ability to drive improved team performance through coaching, development, and KPI measurement.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Capability to respond with agility to organisational and regulatory change.
• Ability to work under pressure, organize, prioritize workloads, and understand/manipulate data (including Excel/Power BI).
