What you will do
- Perform administrative tasks to support Analysts in accessing internal systems.
- Manage task prioritisation and resource allocation across the Analyst team.
- Monitor the team inbox to ensure timely responses to internal teams.
- Help ensure reporting, consulting calls, and SOC-related tasks are appropriately prioritised.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the internal Analyst team.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to help teams complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in a corporate environment or relevant internships.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Effective communication skills, especially cross-functionally.
- Administrative and/or client/customer-facing background preferred.
- Proactive, team-focused mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt.
