Implementation Consultant - Bilingual (Japanese)

TL;DR

Implementation Consultant: Leading new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and resources throughout onboarding and growth phases with an accent on developing comprehensive plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs. Focus on identifying and addressing technical roadblocks for organization-wide hirify.global platform rollouts and promoting continuous learning and improvement.

Location: Must currently hold authorisation/right to work for any employer in Australia. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.

What you will do

• Lead new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and resources.
• Develop plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs.
• Communicate implementation status, issues, risks, and efforts to stakeholders.
• Guide customers on leveraging hirify.global APIs and SDKs.
• Facilitate customer-facing workshops and develop technical deployment plans.
• Foster internal knowledge exchange and enablement for colleagues and partners.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions (SaaS).
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong application functional expertise and account management expertise.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for presenting business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts.
• Japanese: Bilingual

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations: SAP, Workday, Single Sign-on, Active Directory, etc.
• Knowledge about security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of consulting experience
• 5+ years of client-facing experience
