TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI): Developing and executing high‑impact strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention with an accent on data‑driven insights to drive campaign optimizations and efficiencies. Focus on leveraging AI to improve customer experiences and internal workflows.

Location: Redmond, United States. Employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $106,400 – $203,600 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth across the customer funnel.
  • Analyze complex data sets to establish key growth metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Establish principles for measuring Return on Investment (ROI) and setting payback periods.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve the performance of creative, targeting, landing pages, and onboarding.
  • Perform sophisticated user segmentation to improve conversion through tailored targeting and personalized customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years of integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of prior experience in a role partnering closely with sales, product, or engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of experience using data analysis or business intelligence tools.
  • 3+ years of experience owning a growth channel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of ad platforms and/or B2B marketing.

Nice to have

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years integrated marketing experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Hands‑on experience directly growing and platforming an ad tech product.
  • Familiarity with sophisticated attribution methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL to write queries for data pulling and analysis.
  • Experience utilizing Marketing Technology, i.e., Adobe, Dynamics Customer Insights (DCI) Data and Journeys, or other Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRMs.
