What you will do

• Embed in teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing) to identify workflows with the highest potential for AI-driven time savings.
• Develop and ship 3–5 production-ready AI tools, including custom GPTs, API integrations, and workflow automations.
• Train and enable AI Champions in each team, running hands-on workshops with real data.
• Define baselines and measure the impact of AI solutions, documenting measurable time savings within the first four weeks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building real things with AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms.
• Strong technical foundation in Python, APIs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to identify and prioritize tasks that consume significant time within teams.
• A coaching mindset, building solutions with people rather than for them.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP servers, n8n, or Make.
