What you will do

• Ship AI product features that combine engineering and ML.
• Build and enhance agent workflows, including tooling, retries, guardrails, and fallbacks.
• Improve the latency, cost, and reliability of our systems.
• Track new developments in the AI space (agent teams, methods, tooling) and integrate them into shipped products.
• Build self-improving loops and systems that run experiments and learn from feedback.

Requirements

• Experience shipping real systems, not just demos or prototypes.
• Experience building software with LLMs (structured outputs/function calling, tool use, reliability work).
• Experience building agents (multi-step workflows, state management, and failure handling).
• Proficiency in setting up evaluations to track quality (tests, regression checks, eval harnesses).
• Comfortable moving fast, iterating, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
