What you will do

• Adhere to customer-centric processes for premium service delivery.
• Initiate proactive calls to customers based on satisfaction survey results.
• Handle larger, complex customers for reconciliation of wages and taxes and timely payroll processing.
• Support processes for SOC-1 compliance.
• Identify and engage service solutions within and outside hirify.global Payroll Services (IPS).
• Assist the Tax Department with research and timely filing of tax returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Five to seven years of experience in a high-growth payroll service bureau operation.
• CPP Certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience in a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong hands‑on experience with iSolved.
