hirify.global is a product company developing a platform for in-game apps and mods, seeking a Financial Controller to monitor and maintain its financial health.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly financial statements and other financial reports.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual planning and updates.
• Conduct variance analysis and develop financial models for investments and ROI.
• Monitor financial transactions and support monthly/quarterly closing processes.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash flow, billing, and collections.
• Liaise with external auditors and support tax preparation and filing.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting within a global high-tech company, with prior internship at large accounting firms.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite an advantage).
• Native-level English proficiency and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in FP&A and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining confidentiality.
