Client Project Manager (HR/Payroll): Managing and executing critical projects for hirify.global's largest and most complex clients with an accent on understanding client business challenges and mapping hirify.global features to address these needs. Focus on resolving operational issues impacting regular system usage and driving solutions through internal and external stakeholder coordination, while ensuring project objectives are met.
Location: Fully remote within the U.S. only, with no in-office requirements, and availability five days per week during designated work hours.
Salary: $64,400 - $102,200/yr

What you will do
- Efficiently manage critical projects for complex clients using Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Taskray.
- Define project scope, develop project plans, track progress, and report out to internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues impacting hirify.global system usage and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Services) to drive solutions and improve client satisfaction.
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients, representing their needs and providing feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to HR, payroll, and benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience required.
- 5-7 years project management or technical account management experience required.
- Previous client services & client-facing experience required.
- Excellent Project and Time Management skills required, with the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, etc.) required.
- Excellent soft skills to interact with C-Level executives and convey information clearly and persuasively.
Nice to have
- Previous HCM or payroll service bureau experience.
- Proven system knowledge on the majority of the hirify.global HCM suite.
- Previous experience with product training and instructional design.
