Project Manager

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role in San Jose, CA. Only local candidates that don't need to relocate will be considered.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

What you will do

• Run and improve business processes to release monthly product roadmaps, managing frequent changes and working with various stakeholders.
• Manage x-product roadmaps, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Influence decisions and change management through collaboration and a customer-focused approach.
• Manage operational cadence for projects across stakeholders and support key deliverables.
• Manage complex projects and conduct weekly project meetings to communicate project status.
• Document processes and create guides and best practice documents, managing the business process and content repository.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience working in a Project / Program Management role.
• Solutions and customers service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity and relationships.
• Project management skills with the ability to implement and drive projects forward while working collaboratively with internal and external customers.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

• Understand how to leverage AI to accelerate and drive scale with business processes.
• Understand how to drive content marketing and event-based activation on AI topics.
