What you will do
- Provide operational, administrative, and project management support for content team campaigns.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal departments, partners, and external vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and workflows are efficient.
- Drive cohesive, strategic storytelling across digital and social assets, campaigns, and paid tactics.
- Serve as the owner of project management systems (e.g., Asana, Google Workspaces) to track progress.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, including contracts, budgets, invoices, and compliance tracking.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of related professional experience in project management, social media, digital production, campaigns, or organizing.
- Strong understanding of digital content workflows, creative production, and campaign operations.
- Experience with budget management, vendor contracting, and compliance coordination.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to reproductive rights, equity, and social change.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid format in Washington, DC or New York, NY.
