Location: 100% in-office role based in Meridian, ID, USA. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position.

Salary: $3,360–$3,680 per month ($21–$23 per hour)

What you will do

  • Maintain consistent availability and manage workloads to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client payroll and HR system issues.
  • Champion clients' interests by delivering clear and effective resolutions and collaborating with internal technical experts.
  • Prioritize successful and punctual solution delivery in line with client requirements and internal service metrics.
  • Appropriately leverage resources to source and validate answers, document issues, and ensure seamless client support.
  • Stay current by completing educational courses and assigned training for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HCM experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiently multitask, respond promptly, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge, resources, and qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week at the Meridian, ID location.

Nice to have

  • CPP, FPC, APA, and/or SHRM-CP certified.
  • Experience in customer service or previous client interfacing roles.
  • Experience in a payroll and/or call center environment.
