TL;DR

Location: hirify.global is a fully remote company. You must be a permanent US resident to be hired for this role. hirify.global does not hire in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Mexico, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through email, chat, and occasional calls.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, resolving challenges and escalating when necessary.
  • Experiment in test environments to recreate customer scenarios and uncover product nuances.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions to help them quickly.
  • Consistently hit performance goals around productivity, customer satisfaction, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Must be a permanent US resident.
  • A customer-first mindset with a friendly, professional, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Strong technical skills to guide users of all experience levels through the platform.
  • Genuine excitement for solving problems and deepening product expertise.
  • Natural curiosity and resourcefulness to investigate issues and learn through hands-on exploration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of high performance in customer or technical support roles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or tech startup environments.
  • A background as an admin, parent, coach, or participant in recreational sports.
