TL;DR

Client Access & Onboarding Analyst (Fintech): Managing internal and external system access and entitlements, and providing level one technical support for over 200 applications enabling trading and risk management services. Focus on troubleshooting customer access, entitlement, and connectivity issues, and contributing to knowledge base improvements.

Location: Onsite in Chicago, US

Salary: $4,653–$7,754 monthly

What you will do

  • Assist customers via multiple support channels (phone, email, IM, chat, workflow).
  • Apply technical knowledge to facilitate access to and utilization of applications and services.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for customer access, entitlement, and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Document every customer interaction with clear and concise tickets for audit trail purposes.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and participate in ongoing training to maintain product, process, and policy knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and other information system technologies.
  • Aptitude to learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
  • High school/secondary school diploma required.
  • Must work onsite in Chicago, US.

Nice to have

  • Service Cloud or other CRM tool experience.
  • College/university degree.
  • Help Desk Institute (HDI) and Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) Certifications.
