📋 Description

• Own customer issues end-to-end across channels, from first contact to resolution.
• Guide customers through payments, ledgers, and lease modifications.
• Triage and route complex questions to right teams while owning the relationship.
• Navigate Nomad platform to unblock customers and assist with new leases.
• Proactively drive product adoption by engaging property owners.
• Translate feedback into insights for Product and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer service, onboarding, or real estate.
• Proven ownership mindset; take full accountability end-to-end.
• Multi-channel communication: phone, email, SMS, tickets.
• Rapidly learn new tools and systems.
• AI proficiency to draft responses and identify patterns.
• Analytical thinking to spot trends and intervene early.
• Relationship builder; clear blockers and build rapport.
• Experience with CRMs and Google Suite required.
