What you will do

• Plan and design cost-efficient software and/or hardware architecture aligned with higher-level architectural standards.
• Define development guidelines and ensure compliance with non-functional requirements (quality, security, modifiability, extensibility).
• Oversee requirements, architecture, software design, and implementation within defined scope.
• Validate implementation through regular code reviews and provide technical guidance, while solving technical challenges across all development lifecycle phases.
• Mentor and train R&D staff on technical topics, ensuring compliance with Solution and Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Promote “security-by-design” principles, ensuring data privacy and secure application interfaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in software/hardware architecture and development.
• Proficiency in UML 2.1 and experience with Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems).
• Strong background in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of IaaS, Private Cloud, data-centre infrastructure, and network technologies.
• Experience in application migration to Cloud and Domain-Driven Design and knowledge of software engineering frameworks, risk management, and security best practices.

Nice to have

• Cloud certification (e.g., AWS or Azure Architect) is desirable.
