What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Azure and AVD solution architecture, covering identity, networking, governance, and security.
• Design and implement AVD host pools, image pipelines, FSLogix strategies, and scaling logic.
• Produce architecture artefacts aligned with hirify.global’s standards and landing zone patterns.
• Provide technical direction to multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Contribute to implementation using IaC (Terraform/Bicep), automation, and DevOps pipelines.
• Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimations, and high-level solution design.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing Azure architectures for enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) workspace design and lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Terraform or Bicep, CI/CD, and PowerShell.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish.
• Must have the right to work in Finland.
• Ability to undergo a security clearance process.
