What you will do

• Define and evolve a clear opportunity map for adjacent marketer and agency workflows.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with customers to capture requirements and feedback.
• Influence how hirify.global evolves to be a thought leader in how marketing teams should leverage AI.
• Translate validated opportunities into differentiated, AI-enabled products.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to prioritize and balance short-term and long-term needs.
• Manage and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across the full customer journey and shape positioning, packaging, and pricing.

Requirements

• Experience as a Principal or Group Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success leading 0→1 initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to map broad opportunity landscapes.
• Hands-on experience working on AI-enabled, automation-driven, or workflow-centric products.
• Clear commercial acumen, including experience shaping packaging, pricing, or revenue strategy.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence.

• Experience in marketing technology, agency workflows, content operations, SEO, or performance marketing.
