What you will do

• Define the product vision, goals, and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities across hirify.global’s product lines.
• Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation for customer problems.
• Lead ideation and validation for AI concepts through user research, prototypes, and pilot programs.
• Collaborate closely with AI Architects, Engineers, and Data Scientists to design feasible, scalable AI solutions.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating AI capabilities into clear narratives.
• Define metrics for AI performance and success, and promote responsible AI practices in product design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML or data-driven SaaS products.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI-powered features or products from concept to production.
• Strong technical fluency with LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, data models, and performance tradeoffs.
• Deep understanding of modern AI/ML ecosystems, including Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), AI integration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and Cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate complex AI concepts.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in compliance, legal tech, risk, or HR technology.
