What you will do

• Lead product across search, recommendations, content intelligence, and agentic discovery.
• Shape how the platform understands content, models user preferences, and surfaces the right learning at the right moment.
• Improve relevance, ranking logic, and retrieval quality for high-intent search.
• Evolve ML models and design feedback loops for personalized recommendations.
• Build experimentation frameworks to test, measure, and iterate quickly.
• Design AI-driven experiences users can understand and trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on ML-powered or data-heavy products.
• Owned search, personalization, recommendations, marketplace discovery, or content ranking before.
• AI-fluent, understanding the difference between traditional ML and LLM-based approaches.
• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into small, high-impact releases.
• Comfortable working closely with data scientists and engineers to understand model trade-offs and experiment design.
• Bias to action to ship, measure, and iterate based on findings.
• Clear communicator to surface trade-offs, make decisions legible, and help teams move forward.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, content platforms, or compliance.
