What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize end-to-end business processes using data analysis and process mapping.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and define KPIs to measure impact.
• Lead working sessions and workshops to redesign workflows and align stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a scalable knowledge base, leveraging AI tools for insights and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, management consulting, or change management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and structured process improvement.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and guide cross-functional problem-solving discussions.
• Knowledge of change management principles and supporting organizational adoption.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience documenting processes and building structured knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence).
• Experience leveraging AI tools for data analysis, process insights, or knowledge management.
